RATE SCHEDULE FOR 2008
June 14 - September 15 2008:
Weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) and Holidays are $260 per night (+ 10% Sierra County occupancy tax)Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday) are $230 per night (+ 10% Sierra County occupancy tax)
Basic Weekly rate for this period is $1,450 + tax and cleaning fee
September 16 - November 16 2008:
Weekends are $240 + tax per night, Weekdays are $210 + tax per nightBasic Weekly rate for this period is $1,350 + tax and cleaning fee
Nov 17 2008 - June 13 2009:
Weekends are $230 + tax per night, Weekdays are $200 + tax per nightBasic Weekly rate for this period is $1,250 + tax and cleaning fee
Standard occupancy is 6 people. Maximum occupancy is 8 people Please add an additional $25 per person per night above 6 people
We charge a dog fee of $15 per dog per night (negotiable for longer stays)

- There is a 3 night minimum stay during Holiday periods and a 2 night minimum stay at other times
- There is an additional $100 cleaning fee
- A deposit of $260 is required to secure your booking, and the balance is due two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival
- We also require a security deposit of $200 in the form of a separate check. This is due at the time the final balance is paid, two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. A full refund of the security deposit will be made immediately after cleaning (providing nothing has been damaged!)
- In order to qualify for a full refund of the initial deposit of $260, cancellations must be made in writing no later than 3 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Once the final balance has been paid 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, refunds are subject to us being able to re-let the house
- CHECK-IN IS AT 2.00 PM. CHECK-OUT IS AT 11.00 AM
- All linens and towels are provided
- Please note that cell phone do not work in Sierra City and that long-distance calls made from our telephone require a calling card
- Please note that there is no smoking anywhere in the house. If you are going to smoke outside on the property, please be extremely careful and don't leave any evidence. Thank you
